Indian Small Scale Paint Association, commonly known as ISSPA, represents the small-scale paint manufacturing industry in India. The inception of the association was done in 1956, with a purpose to unite and protect the small-scalepaint industry. Till date, ISSPA has counted over 1890 members and encompassed a majority of small-scale paint manufacturers, spread across the country.

Indian Paint Association was jointly established by the Indian Paint Manufacturers Association and the Paint Federation with an aim to promote the interest of the paint industry. The association is a national, non-political, voluntary and non-profit organisation, which represents the organized as well as the small-scale sector in the industry. IPA, to address various problems of the members, has commenced with an essential project to organize an All India Conference of Paint Manufacturers.
